A visit to Bali 25 years ago had owner Karin van Zyl tease that it would one day be her forever home. Like many who visit Ubud, she fell in love with the culture, people, customs, festivals and of course the rice fields. 10 years later, she bought her first Ubud Villa and has since spent the last 15 years curating a portfolio of private villas that our guests regard as their ‘home from home’.

A lover of the outdoors, it was the freedom of exploration Bali offers that sparked her love for the island. Originally from South Africa, Karin brings her wealth of experience in luxury resort management to Ubud. Each villa has everything you need for the perfect stay. A dedicated English-speaking villa attendant will help arrange tours and transportation, clean the villa, pool and garden on a daily basis and prepare a simple breakfast. Each attendant is dedicated to service excellence and ensuring a perfect guest experience.
